📦 Return & Refund Policy

At mirtat, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our wellness products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, mirtat will provide a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your item back.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mirtat.com.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care, LED, or electronic products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials (such as flammable or spray products)

The easiest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
